Interphone launch new website

Interphone Security Group unveiled their new website today.

Rob Tutt, Head of Operations for Interphone, commented “Feedback from customers on the existing site demonstrated that they found the navigation hard to use and a bit confusing and that they also wanted additional informationon our services" . Apart from a revamped and fresh look to the site, Interphone has also incorporated some new features which include:

Navigation - Within 2 to 3 clicks visitors can access a range of content, ranging from specific product solutions to client case studies.

News centre - Get  to hear about what is happening at Interphone through our dedicated news section such as, roadshows, events, new offers and services as well as industry related news.

RSS feeds - You can now keep up to date with Interphone news by subscribing to the RSS feeds.

Log a service call - This is a new feature that allows customers to log a service call via the website and provides an additional channel for customers to contact us.

Additional improvements
Over the next few months Interphone will be adding more content such as white papers, case studies as well as running various promotions. We are also looking at additional service improvements such as tracking job requests or placing quotes through the website.
