From July 2011 Interphone will be focusing exclusively on the provision of maintenance and upgrade services. This follows the company’s exit from the New Installation market early in June. The company has transferred it’s order book to another contractor who will complete all outstanding orders and will in future act as our ‘installation partner’ for any major installations on existing contracted sites.
In keeping with our new business focus our large portfolio of contracted customers will be unaffected by this announcement and they will continue to receive our fully comprehensive maintenance services as before.
This change of business strategy will enable Interphone to capitalise on the skills and experience of its large field based maintenance team and we hope provide an even better service to our customers. Interphone has a reputation for quality service built up over many years which we are looking to build on in the future. We currently provide maintenance services to some 3,000 sites in the most part providing fully comprehensive services covering both parts and labour. We are able, however, to offer a variety of different contract types to suit the needs of a particular site and in addition provide a fast and efficient call out service for non contracted customers.
The company has many years of experience providing maintenance services in the residential and commercial property sector working with Managing agents as well as end users. The implementation of our new business strategy will also involve the upgrade of our ‘service desk’ management systems and will in particular provide on line access to our customers for logging and tracking service calls. This development will hopefully be live in August. Incoming service call logging and despatch to our engineers is already handled electronically from our service desk which is able to manage the process comprehensively in real time.
Our web site will undergo a major re write over the coming few months but in the meantime please ‘click’ on the maintenance section to find out more about the services we can offer in this area. Full contact details are on our web site, however if you want to make a quick call to discuss your maintenance requirements please dial 020 8621 6119 and speak to Whayne Savory.
